Visit Gale Woods Farm

Gale Woods Farm, a GREEN farm and part of the Three Rivers Project, is a sustainable agricultural farm that raises animals, grain, hay, vegetables and fruits. We'll see piglets, sheeplets and cowlets; this is corny, I know, but it is about a farm!

Bring a "zero trash" lunch. For dessert - a couple of Aldy's fabulous cookies.

$6.00 fee per participant, please. 

Please dress appropriately for the weather. The tour is outdoors

Directions:

From Minneapolis and the western suburbs, take I-394 West until it becomes US #12. Exit US #12 onto County Road 15W. Follow County Road 15W to the City of Mound. Turn left, South, on County Road #110. The farm will be on your right after about 3 miles.

From the southwest suburbs, take #7 West, turn right on County Road #44, then left on County Road #110.
